DOTEL Companies

The DOTEL section is a combination of two companies that work hand in hand, with all the other companies within the group. DOTEL has two major companies, Agriculture and Logistics.

DOTEL AgriWorks

We do realise how dependant South African and most African counties depend heavily on Agriculture – contributing a significant amount to the continents aggregate Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Working with UEC, DOTEL Agriworks, the planned agricultural farm in the Eastern Cape, will be one of the major agricultural players in the province with the aim of producing a variety of products, ranging from milk, vegetables, fruit, meat and more with the gradual yet aggressive growth. This will be located in the deep rural areas of the Eastern Cape, recruiting majorly from the talent that will be produced by our university, which aims to compete with the top public universities in the continent.

DOTEL Logistics

The second company of the DOTEL category is our very own logistics, that is planned to dominate within the Eastern Cape, with an initial main focus of supply chain and transport logistics. This will also be beneficial for the AgriWorks and our retail franchises and more. Compared to our many companies, this will be developed at a very slow rate, considering the current influx in the market.

However, the logistics division is not planned to be built from scratch but will be a combination of ready existing small companies within the province, making them bigger and better by working together improving and serving communities rather than competing.
